Surgeons & Nurses

Yesterday Jeff went to his surgeon appointment, only to discover he now has 2 hernias as opposed to the one we already knew he had. So his surgery is scheduled for late September. His recovery includes no picking up anything over 10 lbs......no Carter carrying, and he will be off of work for at least minimum of 2 weeks. That will be strange to have him home after he has been working all summer long. He is anxious to have his surgery completed though, as his hernia do give him quite a bit of greif.
Carter is going for his first round of shots today. We'll see how it goes. We're going to attempt taking the bus home (as it is pouring rain; no walk today, and Jeff needs to take the van), so we'll see how that goes and I'll try to post some pictures later.
