Our Christmas Eve was full of so many great memories. While we were waiting for Grandma and Grandpa's arrival we cooked our turkey dinner and cookies for Santa. Tyson and Carter were so anxious the whole day through.
Christie and Heather also joined us as we feasted on yummy turkey with all of the fixings. Afterwards we had a birthday cake for Grandma, as her birthday was just a few days before Christmas eve. I love the pictures of the kids helping her blow out the candles...especially because they weren't candles, they were unblowable sparklers..hahah! And look at Carter...I didn't even notice his scowl until I saw this picture.
After cake there was a knock on the door and a bag left outside of our door, filled with new jammies and a game (perfection) from Mrs. Claus.
We proceeded to play a few rounds of the game with the kids. One of us, ahem (Christie) thought she could master the game, so we bet her a few shots of tequila....ahhaha...she had to drink the shots.
Doesn't Christie look so pretty on the couch with the boys! :)
The boys had a bubble bath (so cute) and put on their new jammies.
The boys sprinkled their reindeer magic, put out cookies and carrots and were off to bed. Carter went to sleep right away, but Tyson just could not sleep. He was up until probably at least 1030, and again the first one up at 4 am the next day (next post!!).
